Returns & Refunds
We take UK and international returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item has NOT been used, opened, or tampered with. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. If you're unhappy for any reason with one of our products, please notify cosmosgoods.ltd@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a prompt exchange or refund. After 30 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds of any kind.
The following cannot be returned:
- Items purchased "On Sale” or at a discounted rate and "Seconds" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased at pop-up events or in-person events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re ready to return your eligible items, you can email cosmosgoods.ltd@gmail.com and ship the package to the warehouse address we offered. Once we receive it we will notify you of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the incorrect product of one of our items or need a different size, color, etc, we’d be happy to process an exchange for you within 30 days of delivery as long as the item has NOT been used, opened, or tampered with. Please email cosmosgoods.ltd@gmail.com to process your exchange.
