-How do I contact customer service?

-When will my order be processed?
Once you receive your order confirmation email, your items will typically be packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Your parcel usually reaches the local postal service within 2 business days after your order is placed. At that point, we’ll email you the tracking number.
-How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes around 6–8 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.
Please note: For customers in the United States, customs inspections can take longer, so delivery may take approximately 6–13 working days.
-Do you charge taxes on your products?
No additional taxes apply. All prices shown are final and tax-inclusive.
-Why can’t I track my parcel?
During the shipping process—from our warehouse to your country’s customs—your parcel is handled by our local shipping partner. Tracking updates for this stage are only available in our internal system and may not appear on public tracking platforms. However, rest assured your parcel is in transit and not delayed. This phase typically takes around 5 business days.
If you need an update, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll check the status for you. Once the parcel reaches your local courier, tracking information will be visible on your end.
-Where will my order be shipped from?
Most orders are dispatched from our UK or Hong Kong warehouses. Some handcrafted items may also be shipped from our Japan warehouse.
-Where are you based?
Our company is based in the UK. We currently operate online only, but a physical shop is in the works.
-How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. After 24 hours, your parcel may have already entered the dispatch process and can no longer be cancelled.
